To learn more about our dynamic, stable and growing company, visit www.balchem.comPOSITION SUMMARY :The purpose of this job is to provide support to our Talent Acquisition team as it relates to all recruitment lifecycle activities primarily related to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, background screening and onboarding.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruiting lifecycleCoordinates/Schedules interviews, communicating arrangements with both candidates and interviewersSource, identify, qualify and deliver passive and/or active candidates for assigned client group, including all exempt level positions, using a variety of creative recruiting methods such as job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job fairs, referrals, etc.Responsible for verifying job descriptions, creating requisitions, posting jobs, reviewing and dispositioning resumes, scheduling and on-boarding within the ATSLeverages advanced features of the ATS to include creating talent pipelines, scheduling and onboarding functionsEstablish and/or maintain effective relationships with candidate pool and internal stakeholdersAssists in implementing best practices into the recruitment functionOther duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferredAt least 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role with a strong interest in sourcing and supporting exempt level sales, leadership, professional and technical positionsExperience in the manufacturing industry a plusExperience supporting exempt level positions is strongly preferredExperience with an Applicant Tracking System requiredExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization as well as with external customers is requiredDemonstrated experience managing social media channels to include, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.Strong multi-tasking capabilities, keen attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills requiredResults-oriented person with a high sense of urgency to get things done efficientlyProficiency with Microsoft applicationsPositive, go-getter attitude with desire to learn and grow
