Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: MS/Tele Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 3 years required License: Active IL license required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; NIH preferred Must-Have: - MS/Tele and Tele experience- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias- Cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills- IV insulin protocols and insulin drip titration- Feeding tube care and management- Experience with patients with renal failure- Accessing ports, blood product administration, central line care, peripheral line management, PICC line management, starting IVs- Heparin protocols and vasoactive drip titration- Experience with CVA and total joint replacements- Respiratory management including CPAP/BIPAP, HFNC, nasal cannula, oxygen masks, portable oxygen, tracheostomy management- Isolation precautions and wound care/Wound Vac- Community hospital experience preferred Job Description: - Work in a 30-bed unit with an average daily census of 19- Night shift schedule is 3x12-hour shifts (18:00 - 06:30)- First-time applicants accepted- Required to work every other weekend- No on-call required- Clinician will float within their scope to meet facility needs- Open to discussing schedule requests with the manager- Locals accepted with no specified radius - Required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays- Experience with Cerner charting required- Completion of 16 hours of non-billable orientation- Flu vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions only- Background check policies apply prior to offer- Candidates will float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
