Our San Francisco, CA office has an excellent opportunity for an

Associate Financial Advisor.

Working as part of an advisory team, and on behalf of senior advisors, help clients achieve their financial goals. Provide client service that exceeds client's expectations. Helps the team/Company meet objectives for sales growth, client retention and customer service quality.

This person will develop the skills to perform all basic functions within the sales team and has the ability to step-in to perform these duties when the workload for the team requires it. Supports and helps create a team-based environment that builds trust in clients, generates referrals and supports the growth of our business.

The initial salary target for this role is$80,0000.00 - $ 100,000.00 it is also eligible for bonus.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

Work with the financial advisory team to actively manage client relationships, service, and WEG's planning-based standard of identityAssist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and with follow-upTake meeting notes and promptly enter into CRMPresent financial advice or plan to client with the Financial AdvisorMeet with client to obtain additional planning information or to clarify/confirm information providedAnalyze client's current investments and insurance policiesPlace trades and account managementPrepare annual reviews as required by the team

Systematize the review process utilizing the CRM systemGather data for client reviews and review client files for additional sales opportunitiesCreate reviews utilizing the Wealth Enhancement Group review systemMonitor percentage of client's that were reviewed in the last calendar yearCreate financial plans for clients as required by the team

Analyze a client's financial data in light of their financial goalsMeet or call clients to obtain any additional planning information or clarify/confirm information providedPrepare client information to present to the Roundtable, if requiredWork effectively and professionally with the Financial Planning department, if requiredParticipate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client facing technology

Adherence to the Wealth Enhancement Group's Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standing

Education/Qualifications

Requires a 4-year degree; business, finance, economics preferredAdvanced designation or working toward obtaining (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.)Series 7, 66 (BD/RIA)Series 65 (RIA Only)Insurance Licenses2+ years of experience within the wealth management industryAbility to prepare client reviews and assist in meetings with senior advisorsMust possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral & written)Must be able to manage multiple projects at onceEngagement in the communityComprehensive Benefits Offerings
