Our Brookfield, WI office as an exciting opportunity for a

Financial Advisor.

This role works as part of an advisory team to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide client service that exceeds the client's expectations. Our team members work together to meet company objectives for customer service quality, client retention and sales growth.

Primary Job Functions

Working with other senior advisors and the team to provide exceptional financial plans, financial advice, and reviews to assist clients in achieving their financial goals. Collaborate with the advisory and sales team members so that advice and services are provided in a manner that meets all the expectations communicated to the client. Possesses the skills to perform all functions within the sales team and has the ability to step in to perform these duties when the team workload requires it. Create a team-based environment that builds trust for clients, generates referrals, and supports the growth of our business.

Manage existing client relationships to WEG's planning-based standard of identityFacilitate the financial planning processDiscover a prospect or client's values, goals and objectivesUnderstand their current financial situationEngage them in the financial planning processPrepare and conduct annual reviews, including both planning and investment topicsEnsures on going client support and communicationSource and close prospects

Proactively follow up with clients who have not implemented financial planClose leads provided by various WEG channels (Marketing, CRP, etc.)Create opportunities within your networkDrive referrals from existing clientsMentor and train individuals on the team in technical areas of financial planning and client service

Educate on the Wealth Enhancement Group planning processEducate on the overall financial planning mattersParticipate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client facing technology

Adherence to the Wealth Enhancement Group's Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standing

Education |Qualifications

Requires a 4-year degree; business, finance, economics preferredAdvanced designation or willingness to obtain required (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.)Series 65 (RIA Only)Insurance LicensesSubstantial experience within the wealth management industryAbility to source and convert prospects to clients and provide high-level planning-oriented servicePossess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral & written)Ability to manage multiple projects at onceEngagement in WEG, broader community and active participation in financial planning communityIND123
