Fast paced and continually growing commercial real estate company looking for a Senior Property Accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with month end close duties including financial statements, journal entries, accruals, as well as the budget.Assist with acquisitions.Be a key player in process improvements, documentation and projects.EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.2+ years of relevant finance experience.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
