Come find out how our people power modern life.About this Role:The Video Editor at Quanta Services plays a pivotal role in crafting high-quality video content that aligns with the company's branding and strategic goals. This position involves managing the entire post-production process of videos, ensuring that each piece meets the quality standards necessary to effectively communicate Quanta's mission and resonate with its target audience.What You'll Do:Handle all aspects of video post-production, from editing to color correction, sound design, and final rendering, ensuring a cohesive and branded final product.Rigorously maintain high-quality standards for all media content. Regularly review outputs and implement improvements to enhance visual and technical quality.Work closely with production team members to realize the project's vision. Provide input on visual elements, pacing, and style.Manage and archive digital footage and other media assets in a manner that supports efficient workflow and easy retrieval, in collaboration with the Media Manager.Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and tools to enhance the storytelling experience and improve efficiency.Assist on in-house productions through camera operation, audio operation, lighting, grip, or other production positions on a guerrilla crew as needed.Coordinate with the production team to adhere to schedules and deadlines, ensuring the smooth execution of post-production processes.Tailor editing techniques to suit a range of content from quick social media clips to complex, cinematic brand narratives.Actively contribute creative ideas that enhance storytelling and visual impact across diverse media formats.What You'll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Film, Media Production, related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in professional video editing.Proficient in Da Vinici Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software.Strong understanding of post-production workflows.
