Come find out how our people power modern life.About this Role:The Senior Total Rewards Analyst is an integral part of the Corporate Human Resources team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Quantas benefits and retirement plans adhere to legal and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for conducting audits, managing compliance standards, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making while assisting in the administration of Quantas 401(k) and benefit plans. Your expertise will help to safeguard the integrity of our total rewards programs and align them with industry best practices and internal policies.What You'll Do:Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local retirement plans and benefits regulations, including FLSA, IRS, ERISA, and other relevant legislation.Design and execute internal audits related to retirement and benefits programs to identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations to address any findings, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.Analyze retirement and benefits data to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.Prepare and present reports on compliance status, audit findings, and program effectiveness to senior management and other stakeholders.Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on total rewards compliance-related issues and best practices.Act as a liaison between vendors, HR, accounting, IT, and internal audit departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on compliance, audit matters, and plan administration.Assist with administering benefits and retirement plans.Lead support role with the annual 401(k) plan non-discrimination testing, match true-up, and audit processes. Including data compilation across Quanta operating companies, calculation validations with service providers, and working with outside auditors in preparation of the financials and associated Form 5500.Educate and provide ongoing support to HR teams at the Quanta operating companies in a variety of total rewards functions.Actively participates in the integration of acquisitions, tuck-ins, and mergers.Help resolve escalated employee issues.Research and resolve complex, non-routine benefits and retirement plan issues.Stays abreast of 401(k) and benefits legislation. Assists in developing employee communications for participation solicitation, changes in regulations, processing or other important information.Enforce policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of the gathering, validation, and integration of data necessary to support the Quanta retirement and benefit plans.Performs other duties and assists with special projects as assigned.What You'll Bring:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Human Resources.5+ years of comprehensive HR, Accounting or Internal Audit experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Education and ExperienceInternal audit experience.Finance or accounting background with a strong interest in HR Total Rewards.Benefits or retirement plan administration experience.SHRM and/or CEBS certified or a strong desire to become certified.
