Come find out how our people power modern life.About this Role:JD Edwards Distribution Senior BA IT is responsible for understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and translating approved solutions into technical specifications and/or procedural modifications that can be implemented against the various applications that support those business processes. They are the liaison between Corporate, business unit and IT development and support functions. They proactively communicate and collaborate with their customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. They also collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. They have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.What You'll Do:Detailed functional knowledge of JD Edwards P2P business process model.Ability to derive requirements for process change/addition to applications using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, and task and workflow analysis.Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish nice to have from the underlying true needs.Participate in development and maintenance of thorough, current functional and systems documentation, business process flow diagrams, and end user training materials.Participate in the development and execution of well-designed test plans, testing activities, and test data.Participate in data conversion and merger/acquisition activities.Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.What You'll Bring:
Bachelors degree from accredited university in business, MIS, or equivalent field. Additional years experience can be used to substitute for degree.8-10+ years business experience.Travel Percentage: 30-40%JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.0 or later5+ Years working with JD Edwards Distribution (P2P, Sales, Inventory) as well with any of the related modules like General Ledger, Job Cost, Service Billing, etc.Experience working with US Payroll, Canadian Payroll (nice to have), year end WFM processes like W-2, etc.Experience working with 3rd party applications for reporting (Hubble, etc.)Experience implementing/rolling out JD Edwards to a new operating unitsExperience as a team leader with direct responsibility managing employeesExperience in preparing testing scripts and training documentsExperience in preparing process flowsParticipated in data mapping / data conversion activities during implementation / rolloutParticipated in Conference Room Pilots / User Acceptance TestingDelivered super user and/or end user TrainingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
