The Role and What You'll Do:

This position will manage a team of Fraud Analysts and Chargeback Agents for On. You will assess potential risk exposure and identify key risk factors while reviewing and evaluating transactions to identify fraudulent activity. You will analyze large quantities of data patterns to isolate trends and implement rules to prevent attacks and/or account takeovers. You will work with internal partners and merchants to escalate and resolve issues and fraudulent activity.
