To learn more about Berry, visit berryglobal.comResponsibilities:The Packer Trainer will model Berrys good Manufacturing Practices as they provide structured training for packers on the shift; evaluate employees progress; and provide status needs to the shift supervisor. The Packer Trainer ensures that training is uniform and consistent and is able to perform all the functions of a packer.Qualifications:Understand and follow GMP and safe work practices2 years manufacturing process preferredGood math skills & basic computer skillsAttention to detailMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsAble to stand/walk for 12 hoursEffective verbal and written communication to employee regarding processes, procedures and AIB standardsAble to work with minimal supervisionOrganized maintainGood attendanceUsing guidelines provided for trainingAbility to create a buddy systemProvide training feedback and documentationLead by ExampleFollow Safety rulesAttend Training Courses
