The Information Technology Services Division is excited to announce an opening for aBusiness Analystto join the Project Services team inBoise.This position will serve as a key member of the team responsible for supporting a wide array of information technology projects throughout the Department of Health and Welfare. The team works closely with staff and contractors, both within the ITSD division and across the agency, to encourage and facilitate the adoption of industry-standard project management practices to maximize project effectiveness. As a business analyst within the Project Services team, you will operate within the full realm of the project life cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, initial analysis of the business needs and determination of requirements, creating a project charter and plan, defining scope and schedule, building workflows, identifying roles and contractor needs, providing support to quality assurance functions and implementation of solutions, all while maintaining all the dynamic communication necessary to keep a project moving forward on schedule. This is a great opportunity for a business analyst who enjoys working within the full array of project-related duties.
