Position Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Loyalty Strategy will be pivotal in shaping the future of The Home Depot loyalty programs through a focus on Growth & Innovation. The role will be responsible for driving customer-centric growth strategies, identifying new innovative opportunities, and evaluating new ideas to enhance our loyalty program value propositions.

Key focus areas include:

? Conduct comprehensive research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors

? Perform competitive benchmarking to identify market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making

? Lead cross-functional teams in brainstorming and exploring new ideas to enhance the loyalty value proposition

? Develop robust business cases and financial models to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of new initiatives

? Collaborate with Online, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to evaluate potential solutions

Key Responsibilities:50% Lead all phases of a project's life cycle including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business and designing and rolling out the project25% Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects or category of business25% Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business valueDirect Manager/Direct Reports:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working Conditions:
