Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians.This is a full-time position (10 hour shifts) at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest with a set schedule to include one weekend day.

Join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego as a Physical Therapist, working at a Level 1 Trauma and certified Stroke Center. Collaborate with a dynamic team to treat diverse cases, while delivering compassionate care to our local community. The ideal candidate will empathize with patients and contribute to providing exceptional care.The Physical Therapist conducts evaluations, assessments, prognosis, treatment, and education as prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, in compliance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 regulations.This position will start at 8am.
*$4K New Hire Retention Incentive: 30% at 3 months and 70% at 12 months, $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:Internal candidatesRehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of Physical TherapyLicensed or eligible for licensure as a PT in the State of CaliforniaCurrent BLS Certificate from the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience:At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting
