Salesforce Test Manager

Job Title : Salesforce Test Manager Location : Dallas, TX - On site job Duration : long term contract We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing testing strategies for Salesforce implementations. This role will be critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. Leadership: Lead and manage a team of QA testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables. Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with the development team. Automation: Implement and manage test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of the QA function. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other IT teams to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and effective testing. Reporting: Provide regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics to project stakeholders and senior management. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of test strategies, plans, scripts, and results.
