Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.Maintain and update office files, databases, and records.Order and manage office supplies and equipment.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and tasks.Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Preferred Skills:

Experience with office management software, such as CRM and ERP systems.Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office administration.Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
