Assistant General Manager - Iconic Asset

Applicant must bring a high level of sophistication within the commercial management platform and must have experience in providing a high level of service to tenants and visitors in their previous roles. Previous skills in designing and deploying a concierge level of service with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction is desirable. Work with Building Engineering Staff and Chief Engineer to assign employees to duties pursuant to client and JLL guidelines. Work with Engineering Staff/Chief Engineer to ensure that emergency evacuation procedures are in place and life safety systems are operating effectively and that emergency procedures and action plans are kept updated on a regular basis. Maintains role as primary/secondary contact for tenants relative to tenant service requests. Proactively meets with tenant representatives on scheduled basis. Communicates regularly with the Senior Property Associate and Tenant Service Coordinator, providing necessary support and information to this primary tenant contact. location3 sites
