is seeking a qualified, motivated and experienced
Administrative Assistant
for a beautifully located elderly/affordable housing property in Lynn, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy office environment, have good organiztional skills and be able to multi-task.
Act as the first point of contact between residents and the management office.
Work with residents and management to identify resident needs.
Assist the property manager with daily tasks to make the office run smoothly.
Requirements
The activities listed below are not all inclusive. However, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the administrative assistant.
Greeting tenants, assisting with questions/needsAnswering the phoneOffice filingPreparing letters and documentsCreating work orders based on tenant requests and maintenance needs.
