Our commitment to excellence in imaging performance, innovative design, and uncompromising quality ensures our solutions consistently deliver best-in-class imaging, high reliability, and operator satisfaction, to help customers find threats and contraband with ease and confidence.Responsibilities:Perform Incoming Inspection on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical parts, including printed circuit assemblies, cable & harness assemblies, and commercial parts (COTS).Select proper tooling such as calipers, micrometers height gages, etc. and apply various inspection measurement techniques to specified features, dimensions, and tolerances.Interpret and evaluate parts against engineering documents, SolidWorks models, mechanical fabrication drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), component specifications, inspection checklists and Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Temporary Deviation Authorizations (TDA) as appropriate.May be required to perform incoming inspections in various locations in the factory and at our remote warehouse.Document the acceptability conditions of incoming materials and process using the ERP databaseClearly document all nonconforming conditions within the ERP database to allow subsequent processing of the disposition and Material Review Board activitiesMove materials as required using standard material handling equipmentUphold the Companys core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Companys Code of Ethics and Conduct.It is the responsibility of every Rapiscan Systems employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.Qualifications:

Education: Minimum High School Diploma.Ability to read schematics, drawings, and wiring diagramsAbility to use inspection measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.)2-4 years related experience highly desiredMust be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to carry 25 lbs.May occasionally need to travel to Oak Ridge, TN for inspection duties.This position includes an education verification as part of our background check.Please review our benefits here:
