Machine Operator,
you follow established procedures and guidelines to perform tasks as part of the production process.

High school diploma or GED (preferred)6+ months of previous experience in machine operationAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKeen attention to detailProactive self-starter who can work well without supervisionCapacity to stand for the duration of the shift, work in varying temperatures and conditions (excessive hot/cold, dusty, dirty), bend, stoop, reach, and lift 50 poundsWhat You'll Do as a Machine Operator
Work with senior IM team members to learn about daily pad quantities required and production methods involvedPerform basic duties on the production line to ensure daily quotas are achievedStack pads to prepare for forklift transport without being damagedPrepare pads for shippingPerform other duties as assigned
