We are seeking an accountant with at least 3 years' of experience in full-cycle accounting. If you are the right candidate, you will have experience with month-end close, reporting, analysis and bank reconciliations. This is a medium sized company with great benefits, and work/life balance. This position is 100% on-site. We prefer a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, but 5 years of experience would also be acceptable. Please apply today!!

Responsibilities
•Perform monthly financial statement close•Annualizes various balance sheet and income statement accounts monthly•Issues accounts payable and subcontractor payments, including managing positive pay•Review payroll for accuracy•Performs multiple procedures and analysis at month and year end•Maintain fixed asset files•Maintains the chart of accounts, financial statements and overhead cost codes•Prepare documents for annual financial statement audit•Participates in general liability and workers compensation insurance audits annually•Performs various bank reconciliations•Testing accounting software upgrades and solutions when issues arise that impact accounting•Process quarterly and annual payroll and use tax returns, including Form W-2s
