We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual for our quick-service General Manager position. We have a profit-sharing bonus plan to earn more for increasing profits at your location! The Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Popeyes standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:Product Quality- Maintaining company standardsGuest Services - ensures guest satisfaction, and service speedHire, train and develop their employeesPlan, monitor, appraise and review their employees' job performanceProvide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriateEnsure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goalsMaintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable lawsEnsure Brand standards and systems are executedManage control costs to help maximize profitabilityExecute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and samplingAdministration tasks, inventory, ordering, time keepingRequirements:
Must be 18 years of age or olderPrevious QSR Management Experience a plusCompensation & Benefits:
