Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payments and Fraud Analyst to join our team in the gaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently, and that fraud is detected and prevented. The Payments and Fraud Analyst will work closely with the finance, operations, and customer support teams to ensure that all payment and fraud-related issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile all payment transactions, including deposits and withdrawalsMonitor payment processing systems and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely mannerInvestigate and resolve any payment-related issues or discrepanciesDevelop and implement fraud prevention strategies and processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activityMonitor fraud detection systems and investigate any suspicious activity or transactionsWork closely with the customer support team to resolve any payment or fraud-related inquiries or issuesMonitor payment and fraud-related metrics, such as chargeback rates, to identify trends and areas for improvementProvide regular reports and updates to the finance, operations, and customer support teams on payment and fraud-related issuesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payment processing and fraud preventionRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in payment processing and fraud prevention, preferably in the gambling / betting or crypto industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and investigate issues and implement effective solutionsKnowledge of payment processing systems, such as payment gateways, payment processors, and payment methodsKnowledge of fraud prevention strategies and tools, such as chargeback prevention and fraud detection systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesKnowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as KYC and AML regulationsProficiency in Excel and other data analysis toolsFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as requiredBenefits:
