Short DescriptionTHIS POSITION REQUIRES ROTATING WEEKENDS*
Join an administrative team that supports Cooper’s large Department of Hospital Medicine.
The position primary provides administrative and clerical support.
Strong computer (Microsoft Office) & communications skills are a must.
Basic analytical support plus database creation and maintenance will be required.
Extreme attention to detail & multi-tasking necessary.
Proficiency/Experience with hospital systems preferred.
Experience RequiredMinimum 3-5 years administrative experience.
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
Special RequirementsCommunication – Ability to communicate with patients, clinical leaders and coworkersComputer Skills – Ability to create & maintain spreadsheets; navigate a variety of hospital platformsAttention to Detail – Ability to keep detailed electronic records while multi-taskingTime management – Ability to keep and maintain electronic files ensuring department deadlines are met.
