Our client is looking for a SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Machine Operator to join their team in Stratford, CT for $20-23/hr. On a day to day you will ensure smooth operation of SMT assembly through a range of tasks such as machine set-up to inspection. This operator will follow blueprints and drawings and use calipers and micrometers. They will also work with the manager to offer fresh ideas in production and help scheduling. The first few weeks with be spent training and learning so that down the line, this individual can step up to the plate as a leader and make an impact on the SMT space at the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for SMT and drive to grow with this position.
