Quality Technician , you will ensure products and services meet specified requirements, enhance quality assurance systems, and support the Quality Department through inspections, maintenance, and monitoring activities.

Associate's degree in an engineering-related field or at least 2 years of experience in quality functionsStrong teamwork and project facilitation skillsEffective time management and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to write simple correspondence and fill out forms accuratelyCapability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group settingsUnderstanding of simple mechanical systems with a limited number of components and minimal interrelated movementsAbility to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlAbility to occasionally lift and move up to 50 poundsWhat You'll Do as a Quality Technician
Inspect parts according to specifications using various tools, gauges, and equipmentPrepare and properly file quality recordsMaintain and organize quality recordsInitiate and implement corrective actions as directedPerform rework on parts as neededConduct audits of processes and partsCarry out cycle counts as directedCompile data for management reportsCoordinate calibration and service requirementsPerform other tasks as assigned
