We are looking to find a candidate for a financial advising position in Milwaukee. We are looking for a recent college graduate or a more experienced individual in a position today not feeling fulfilled and looking to start in a profession designed around serving others and making an impact. Additionally, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced financial advisor.

As part of this opportunity, you will work directly with one of our top field leaders who will become your mentor throughout the life of the position. In addition to a mentor who is an industry expert in their niche market, you will have access to training courses that are designed to educate you on the advisor role and to prepare you to successfully pass all the exams that are required to become a fully registered Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities

•Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs•Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products•Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor•Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given•Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives

Qualifications
