Responsibilities:Day and Night Shift AvailableHourly Range: $16.85/HR - $21.08/HRNight shift differential: $1.00/HRCompression Operation Molding, Finishing and Packaging EquipmentSet up and monitor all equipmentLocate and correct problems that cause line backupsAnalyze and solve productivity issues in conjunction with manufacturing support teamMonitor, Inspect & Package ProductInspect product on a continual basis to insure quality and efficient machine operation.Provide adjustments for consult Technician for corrective action, as appropriate.Prepare, Train and insure adherence to Product procedures/work instructions to insure quality products are being produced.Follow good manufacturing practicesCollect data for key performance indicatorsAuthoritiesInitiate action to prevent occurrences of any nonconformities of product or quality systems.Identify and record problems relating to product, process and quality system.Verify the implementation of solutions.
Qualifications:Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalencyRead, write and speak EnglishPast experience / proven abilityMust be able to read/understand basic math, blueprints, and SPCMust be trained in and understand safety regulations and efficiently perform the operations as defined in this job description.Perform those duties that it may; from time to time, be necessary to change or add to the Job.Perform other related duties as required.Abide by all plant rules and safety regulations in the performance of the duties specified here in.Maintain good housekeeping#INCPNA
