Responsibilities:Essential FunctionsProvide visual, aesthetic, and quantifiable inspection of productInsures product meets or exceeds customers specificationsInsures that line changes are performed according to specificationsPerforms SOR qualifications;Responsible for maintaining the Food Safety Program (GMP)Other duties as assignedPPE Required

Requirements are proper hearing protection, safety glasses (prescription if required), steel-toed shoes, hairnet, beard net (if employee has chin hair greater than 1/8 inch).Authorities:Perform essential functions and assigned duties while communicating any deviations from the requirements to managementReport any safety concerns to management and to shut down any equipment that presents a safety hazardTo identify a potential nonconforming situation and initiated AVO and/or begin the nonconforming Product process by containing and identifying product for reselectionQualifications:Qualification RequirementsManual Dexterity

Knowledge of plastic bottle defect requirements and quality procedures. Previous experience using laboratory equipment.Team work

ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team in order to satisfy customer requirements.Position HoursAssigned 12-hour scheduleSchedule rotates as follows: two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, etc.Flexibility for occasional overtime and call-in work requiredOrganization RelationshipsReport directly to Quality Manager for purposes of scheduling, performance evaluation, and compensation assessmentIndirectly reports to Shift Supervisor for product requirements, quality requirements, and overall departmental goals;
