Under the direction of the Packaging Supervisor, the Packaging Operator will be responsible for filling, packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products. This position will monitor packaging and filling operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products in accordance to established standards.Shift

Operate all equipment and processes as outlined in the product Master Manufacturing Record (MMR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)Complete the required sections within documentation to ensure complianceMonitor quality of product by performing all relevant quality control checksMonitor machine operations and implement corrective action as neededAssist in troubleshooting machine and product related issues and communicate issues to leadershipPerform machine changeovers and sanitationsPerform job duties in a manner that meets company Quality and Safety standardsQualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience0-1 years of experienceExperience in a manufacturing environmentSpecialized Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge of basic mathNecessary CompetenciesAdaptability/FlexibilityCommunication (verbal and written)Process ManagementReliable/PunctualQualitySafety/SecurityTeamwork/Team BuildingTechnical SkillsBenefits Package
