Job Brief:We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will report to the Senior Director of Finance and play an important part in driving the financial strategy of Twelve. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes. This role will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives and be a part of scaling the business.
What you will do:
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesProvide timely and accurate monthly financial reports and analysis of performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results in context of business driversCollaborate with department heads to review financial performance and guide financial decisionsPartner closely with the plant operations and project controls team to set up cost accounting processes in accordance with GAAP and provide detailed operational margin analysisIdentify key financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendationsImplement and maintain financial systems, processes, and tools to support the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This includes model building and analysis.Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, investment banking, or a related fieldStrong understanding of core accounting principles and procedures through close partnership with an Accounting team or ownership in a monthly financial statement close processStrong analytical and financial modeling skills. You are driven to learn and understand the "why" behind financial performance and business processes.Excellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Excel and able to quickly learn how to use other financial software and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team. United States Wage Range: $108,000 - $135,000
