This opportunity is onsite and located at : 1099 18th St. Denver, CO 80202

The Land team has an opening for an administrative assistant position to support this strategic team. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, and motivated individual for this position.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Provide high-level administrative support to Director of Land, Land Managers, and team membersPlan and manage large team gatherings, including meetings and catered eventsManage Director s calendar, travel, and schedulingManage meeting requests including creation/distribution of agenda, meeting logistics, reminders, consolidation of presentations, etc.Preparation of reports, presentation materials and spreadsheets for management and external presentations including securing approvalsHandle confidential information with discretionPerform a full range of administrative duties including but not limited to managing calendar/schedules, mail handling, coordinating travel arrangements (domestic & international), review/processing expense report statements, ordering catering, securing meeting rooms and event venues, and transportationCollaborate with various staff and departments to prepare special projectsCreate, modify, and manage department team sites and team calendarCoordinate sponsorship benefits and conference registrations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors degree; experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degreeMinimum of 5 years professional administrative experience or related work experienceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal & written)Self-starter with independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organizeStrong decision making and analytical skillsAbility to anticipate the need to help/step-in without being askedAbility to handle and maintain confidentiality of company informationAttentive to detail and accuracyFlexible with a positive approach in a fast-paced environmentAble to work overtime as needed

Experience supporting large, high-volume team

The pay range for this position is $35.00-$40.00/HR per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
