We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team and ensure every guest has a spooktacular time!
Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of Monster Mini Golf. You will oversee our mini golf course, arcade games, laser maze, and bowling lanes, while also focusing on hosting exceptional kids' birthday parties. Your leadership will be key in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, our staff is motivated, and our guests leave with big smiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of employees to ensure high levels of service and operational efficiency. Conduct training and performance evaluations.Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations including mini golf, arcade, laser maze, and bowling activities. Ensure that all equipment is maintained, safe, and functioning properly.Customer Experience:
Ensure that every guest, especially those celebrating birthdays, has an exceptional and memorable experience. Handle any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Event Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute kids' birthday parties and other special events. Ensure that all aspects of the events, from setup to execution, meet our high standards.Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement strategies to boost guest attendance and increase revenue. Collaborate on promotional events and marketing initiatives.Financial Management:
Monitor and manage the budget, including expenses, payroll, and inventory. Prepare and analyze financial reports to drive profitability.Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a similar environment, preferably in family entertainment or leisure activities.Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.Customer Focus:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.Financial Acumen:
Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.Flexibility:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.Benefits:

Monster Mini Golf is an exciting indoor monster themed glow in the dark 18-hole miniature golf course that offers a host of fun activities at every turn. This is not your average mini golf course! Whether you're visiting for the first time, or the hundredth, you feel the excitement and adventure of playing mini golf among a scary but cool monster dcor with custom and animated props at every turn. All locations are unique and custom designed.
Monster Mini Golf is fun for the all ages! Our courses are challenging enough for adults to navigate, yet very playable for children. Throughout your stay, you will be entertained by our own in-house crazy DJ.
In addition to mini golf, each Monster Mini Golf has its own state of the art arcade game area, private event rooms and some locations even have unusual gift shops!
