Responsibilities
Responsible for profitability in all departments in the dealershipDevelop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departmentsHire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department headsMaintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership cultureReview critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase productionAssist in developing an advertising and marketing planWork directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales processBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkProvide training and support to all staffAssist sales managers in closing deals and attracting more customersQualifications
Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goalsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum 3-5 years of automotive management experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsUnderstanding of inventory controlStrong computer and phone skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicAmbitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environmentValid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Benefits
