Mills Auto Group
is looking for a General Sales Manager to join our growing sales department. You'll work closely with General Manager as well as with Sales Managers and sales associates to ensure the business needs are met.

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processBuild rapport with customers to establish customer networkTrain sales managers as well sales team to assure the store is achieving its goalsManage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer tradesProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsHelp manage all other aspects of the sales departmentDesk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR carsREQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrior automotive sales managerial experience requiredProficient in the Sales Manager role for new and preowned departmentsCandidate must have an extensive background in F&IExcellent communication and customer service skillsUnderstanding of inventory controlStrong computer & phone skills (Internet, CDK, V-auto, Dealertrack, CRM)ProfessionalStrong work ethicCurrent, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
