is seeking a

Workstation Support Analyst

for an Onsite Opportunity. This role is responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware. Provides technical support and guidance to users.

Required Qualifications of the Workstation Support Analyst:

We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.Required Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field or 2 years of job related work experience.Work Experience: 2 year-of technical operations support experienceRecent experience configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardwareRoutine transporting of items up to 30 lbs. Transporting items up to 70lbs on occasionExcellent customer services skillsPreferred: A+ CertificationResponsibilities of the Workstation Support Analyst:

Able to provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software. Able to provide on-the-spot training to users. Understands operating systems imaging concepts. Able to make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements.

Onsite in Columbia, SC
