Job Description:

Likewize is looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving profitability by providing exceptional analysis that will support our business objections. You will work on a broad range of projects and transactions, including budgeting, divestitures, joint ventures, debt raises and general investment/financial analysis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide FP&A supportConduct comprehensive analysis of financial and operating results.Manage and maintain forecast models to meet monthly reporting requirements.Assist in monthly SG&A and CAPEX variance analysis against budget and forecast for corporate departments, preparing the resulting entries.Participate in projects that drive business recommendations and decisions.Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Executive review.Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports.Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual work-papers and reconciliations for internal and external auditors.Maintain proper documentation for processes related to the position.Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process and prepare accruals for any incurred expenses.Review various cloud hosting usage reports, T&E reports, and prepare accruals for expenses incurred.Report contractor activity for any missing work hours or invoices, and prepare month-end accruals. Investigate missing invoices or billing discrepancies.Advise on any accruals on a Monthly or Year-End Basis, including those from Accounts Payable after cutoff.Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.Work with the Corporate Tax and Technical Accounting departments on the accounting treatment of spend.Independently investigate data issues and/or information provided, ask pertinent questions, and identify root causes.Assist in the monthly review, maintenance, and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts, including accrued and prepaid expenses.Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of special projects undertaken by Finance.Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed.If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related field.10+ years of experience in Finance.Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Planning.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, sumifs, etc.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently, taking ownership of all assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy.Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strong critical thinking skills.Excellent problem-solving, auditing, analytical and follow-up capabilities.Proven ability to perform under deadlines and adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.Ability to synthesize and analyze large volumes of data.
