Victaulic Global Financial Systems

Our Global financial systems team supports Victaulic's vision by being a true business partner for the CFO, Regional Finance teams and other business critical departments. As a part of our responsibility is to manage, support, upgrade and update our EPM system (OneStream application).

We support a wide range of solutions within the system and progressively looking to expand the functionality and user capabilities of the system by implementing new solutions on the platform.

Our current application supports:Close and ConsolidationFinancial reportingFinancial Planning and Analysis (forecasting, planning, long range planning)Tax provision preparation and reportingAd-hoc reporting and analysis as well as dashboarding and system reportingImplementation of other ongoing and new solutions and projectsDocumentation and user trainingAnalyst's Responsibilities and Duties

The Analyst's role will report to the Global Manager of Financial Systems, supporting that role in any aspect related to the EPM(OneStream) system. Responsibilities can be regular and recurring, project based or ad-hoc in nature, including but not limited to:

Create and modify new dashboards utilizing BI viewer and Method query and SQL query to enhance the user interface and management reporting.Create and modify user interface.Create and modify and interpret the dashboard extender and XFBR business rules as needed.Work directly with all stakeholder teams to identify new project and track, build and manage UAT and migration to the Production environment.Perform admin support for all OneStream solutions including tax, planning and close/consol as needed to support the systems team in meeting the timelines and team objectives.Create, modify, interpret all Business rules and member formulas as needed.Create project requirements for new projects in OneStream and assist the Global manager of financial systems in creating the new structures needed to support the new projects.Support system and process fixes and enhancements, working with external consultants as necessary.Create and manage XF documents for the team on as needed basis.Create, update, and manage recorded, documented, or live user training as needed.Create, update, and manage process documentation for OneStream system procedures as needed.Qualifications and Skills

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and skillsets:

5+ years' experience with OneStream application administrative and development side2+ years working knowledge and experience building OneStream dashboards and reports utilizing SQL, method query and BI viewer.5+ years working knowledge of VB.net or C# within OneStream application.Prior project management with OneStream projects.Detail oriented individual possessing strong analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills.Demonstrated proficiency working in fast paced team, both individually and as part of team setting. Comfortable adapting to quickly changing priorities.
