Financial Analyst - FP&A
Our well-established manufacturing client has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst with financial planning & analysis experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support for the organization's annual budget process, expense/service fee/staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.Prepare and analyze financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.Develop and maintain effective relationships across functional teams to resolve financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis issues.Maintain and manage various systems/databases for budget analysis, allocations, and forecasts.Assist in financial research projects and analyze operational results to provide actionable insights.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A.Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Salary is $80k - $100k depending on experience, plus full benefits.
