Your Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
Craft and execute cutting-edge paid social media strategies for client brands.Client Engagement:
Serve as a crucial resource for campaign insights, performance analysis, and rapid problem-solving.Platform Mastery:
Utilize your strong paid social experience across diverse networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, leveraging in-platform optimization and testing opportunities.Brand Insight:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of client brands and diseases, harnessing social media to benefit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.Integrated Approach:
Collaborate across teams to integrate social efforts seamlessly into overarching media plans.Leadership Role:
Lead status meetings, serve as a team lead, and oversee campaign reviews while delegating tasks across junior staff.Calendar Ownership:
Manage the paid social calendar, orchestrating promotional strategies across all social channels.Education & Thought Leadership:
Educate clients and partner agencies on social media best practices, contributing to thought leadership efforts.Regulatory Awareness:
Stay updated on FDA regulations and processes relevant to social media in the pharmaceutical space.Innovation Drive:
Recommend adjusted messaging, placements, or strategies based on in-depth social analysis to enhance client engagement.Analytical Insight:
Utilize social analytics tools, including native reporting resources like Facebook Ads Manager, to drive performance improvements.Quality Assurance:
