If you're passionate about PR and influencer campaigns targeting Asian American and diverse consumers, we want you on our team!WHAT YOU'LL DO:PR & Influencer Magic:Lead and execute multiple PR and influencer campaigns with flairGet our stories featured in top Asian American and general market media outletsBuild and nurture relationships with influencersBe our AAPI community and culture guru for clientsBring your creativity to group brainstorms and strategy sessionsStay ahead of the curve with industry trends, media landscape, and pop cultureCurate and maintain comprehensive media lists and influencer contactsSupport IW brand initiativesEvent Planning & Activations:Design, manage, and staff exciting events and activationsCraft and execute innovative PR plans to support events and activationsLeadership & Innovation:Lead client meetings and presentations with confidenceCreate professional, engaging presentations and client reportsLeverage AI solutions to streamline workflows and elevate campaignsParticipate in professional and community organizationsMentor and inspire junior staff and internsWHAT YOU BRING:Education:Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience:5+ years in a PR role/environment3+ years at a reputable PR agencyProven media and influencer relations experienceExpertise in key social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and X)Familiarity with ChatGPT and/or other AI solutions in a professional settingSkills & Abilities:Outstanding client relations and people skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, and editing)In-depth understanding of the Asian American community and multicultural audiencesSuperb organizational skills, initiative, flexibility, sound judgment, and a positive attitudeAbility to multitask and meet deadlines effectivelyKnowledge of press and the QSR landscapeWillingness to travelWORKING CONDITIONS:Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office and remote work the rest of the timeBe ready for extended hours when projects demand it (including weekends)Attend exciting client events and travel nationally or internationally as neededPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Engage in a variety of activities, from sitting and using your hands to talking, hearing, standing, walking, and occasionally stooping or kneelingVision abilities required include close visionNOTE:
