In this role you will perform patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning.Rehab Areas of Focus:OrthopedicsTransplantsPrimary Stroke CenterNeuroscienceICU/Critical CareGeriatric PsychologyMed/SurgEmergency CareLung and Cardiovascular Care (VADs, TAVRs, Open Heart Surgery and Heart Transplants)
Qualifications:Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.DPT degree preferred.Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical TherapyCertificationCPR, BLS through the American Heart Association.Experience (required and preferred):Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions.Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions.#LI-DNI
