Qualifications:Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.DPT degree preferred.Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical TherapyCertificationCPR, BLS through the American Heart Association.Experience (required and preferred):Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions.Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions.#LI-DNI
