Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of industry experience with proficiency in excel and GL accounting.Responsibilities:Support month-end close processes including entering journal entries and conducting reconciliationsConduct monthly analysis of journal entries and financial transactionsSupport balance sheet reconciliations including researching reconciled items and establishing a resolution planManage sales transactionsPerform depreciation/capitalization of fixed assetsManage commissionsManage sales & use tax, real and personal property tax, and other taxes as they relate to the business
Qualifications:Required EducationBachelor degree in accounting or related fieldCPA or MBA preferredRequired Experience2+ years of corporate accounting or public accounting experienceAdvanced Excel skillsProficiency using accounting softwareStrong communication skills
