Our Investment Banking Group provides clients with the full range of financing and advisory services to achieve management's objectives throughout the entire business life cycle. Wedbush Securities is looking for Investment Banking Analysts to join our New York team. Our New York teams cover Technology, Healthcare, FIG, and Consumer sectors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary and follow-on equity offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions and valuationsManage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individuallyPrepare client presentationsAssist with due diligenceConduct financial analysis and modelingAssist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materialsInteract with clients during presentations and deal executionsPerform other tasks and duties as required and assignedExperience and Skills

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting1+ years of financial industry related experienceFINRA Series 63 & 79 preferredStrong quantitative and analytical skills, ideally with understanding of valuation techniquesExcellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlinesHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointJob BenefitsWhat Wedbush Offers You

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $100,000.
