Weekly Pay Range - $1632 To $1813 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 18:00-06:00 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICU License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Preferred: TNCC) Must-Have: Experience in ICU setting (medical/surgical/neuro/trauma) Job Description: - Work in a recently expanded ICU unit.- Unit consists of two pods: Pod A with 12 beds and Pod B with 16 beds, totaling 28 beds.- Collaborate with a team of 42 staff members.- Provide patient care with typical nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2, adjustable based on acuity (can range from 1:1 to 1:3).- Utilize equipment such as Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Artic Sun, and Sub Zero.- Work with an EMR system using Meditech.- Serve diverse patient populations including neuro-surgical, trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, ETOH/Drug withdrawal, and all vented patients.- Be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values flexibility and a positive, patient-centered approach.- Benefit from the experience and mentorship of staff with diverse levels of experience, including some with over 20 years.- Engage with Intensivists available 24/7 who are known for their patience, willingness to teach, and respect for nursing staff.- Join a welcoming unit that appreciates travel nurses and values their contributions.
