Description

CircleSpey and it's affiliates, FlintCreek Cattle Co & RockCreek Seafood & Spirits, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Hourly Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced manager who can get the best from their employees through respect, kindness, direct communication, and accountability. The Roaming Assistant General Manager's responsibilities include ensuring efficient restaurant operation while maintaining cost controls, quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Schedule for the roaming AGM is set by the CircleSpey management team. Locations include Seattle & Kirkland. Our ideal candidate would have experience managing a high-volume restaurant and have a genuine passion for hospitality.

Pay Range and Benefits

Hourly wage is $40/hrPTO awarded after three months, as well as 40 hours of PTO at the first of every year. Initial award prorated to date of hire.1 hour of PSL earned for every 40 hours worked upon hire.Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July.Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period.50% of medical is covered by employer.EAP available upon hire.Meals provided.Weekly pay days.Requirements
