Who we are looking for
State Street is looking for Tech Lead for a critical module as part of Global Banking Modernization program. Employee in this role is expected to work with developers in the team to perform SDLC.
One should have functional knowledge and Technical experience with ACI
MTS (6.8), Universal Payments( UPF 5.0 ) and
RTPS
platform. Relevant experience with Banking Platform and ACI product is a must.
This role will be primarily responsible for multiple phases across SDLC spectrum including solution design, product configuration, integration, migration and support the delivery of ACI solutions implementations as SME.
What you will be responsible for
As Team Lead you will
Have 10+ years of experience of SDLCGood knowledge in various payment types like Domestic Fund Transfer,
CHAPS , Cross Border Payments/SWIFT, Instant or Faster Payments,
RTGS , SEPAIn depth understanding of ACI product capabilities, with hands-on experience.Have a very good understanding on ACI core payment product flows.Good understanding and working experience using
ISO 20022
messaging standard.Collaborate with lines of business units, vendor partners, technical implementation teams (Development, QA and Infrastructure) to balance the complexities of technical implementation against business requirementsPrevious experience operating and delivering in multiple SDLC methodologies (including
Agile , Waterfall).Conducting workshops with team to explain the design and the respective use cases.What we value

Experience in ACI MTS (Money Transfer System) and RTPS for financial and banking institutions.Experience in ACI Universal Payments design, configuration and integration.Good knowledge in UNIX ACI MTS - Money Transfer System customizations , enhancements, migrations or upgrades.Should have knowledge of High Value flow. (in STT we are using High Value payments only, advantage of having knowledge of Mass Payment, Immediate payments also)Should have knowledge of all SWIFT message types like - MT103,MT202,MT202COV,MT910,MT900,MT192,MT210,MT292.Should have knowledge of ISO messages like all types of PACS,PAIN messagesAble to implement Configuration parameters , Customization Changes, Patches.Good analytical and communication skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Model.Perform technical analysis for projects that support and enable key business initiatives, and for upgrades and enhancements to existing strategic applications/systems.Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters with computer science or related field10+ years of experienceAdditional requirements
Experience in Unix/Linux/Windows ServerExperience with JBOSS/WebSphere AppServer or similar application serversExperience with MQ will be good value additionKnowledge of the following high-level programming languages: C# or Java, Shell/Perl/Python, SQLAbility to work independently on tasksBe analytical and overly detailed oriented when dealing with technical support issues and IT projectsExcellent communication, planning and organizational skills
Salary Range:$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
