DescriptionThe Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earths most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a team of innovators that tackle difficult problems, and are laser-focused on building and enhancing products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We seek to strengthen creators sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops. The Creator Monetization team provides brands with opportunities to tap into commerce Creators at Amazon, growing brands businesses, and creators earnings in the process.We are seeking a customer-obsessed Sales & BD Tech Manager, to obsess over driving awareness around ways brands can collaborate with our creators, leading the external-facing strategy for how and where Creators show up. This will be a hybrid pre and post-sale role focused on sales enablement and product marketing (pre-sale) with a function to support execution of net-new offering (post-sale).The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, can see around corners, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. They are a self-starter who can collaborate cross-functionally, is extremely detail-oriented, and able to distill broad nebulous strategies into simple value propositions for brands to partner with creators at Amazon. They have strong track record of balancing a high volume of time sensitive tasks simultaneously, and are comfortable and effective interfacing directly with clients. They can influence up, down, and across and thrive in entrepreneurial environments. They excel at creating effective collateral to help brands understand possible ways they can collaborate with Creators in Amazons Associates Program by showcasing value through case studies, B2B activations, IRL panel discussions and more.Key job responsibilitiesAct as the single-threaded owner for external facing materials, streamlining voice, aesthetic, and narrative across collateral touchpoints pitch decks, go-to-market presentations and industry eventsIdentify the right B2B events for Creators to show up and act as the single-threaded content owner for external facing presentations, panel discussions, and activationsPartner with agencies to execute at B2B events to showcase the value of the Creators program and why brands should investMaintain and update scaled resources such as monthly newsletters and internal wiki to highlight available opportunities for brands, sales collateral for AEs, and corresponding requirements for any partnership activation(s)Drive program adoption for CN sellers, creating mechanisms and offerings that enable CN seller investmentAct as the single-threaded-owner for all inbound requests from Ad sales, vetting the email inbox regularlyOwn all post sale execution for net-new monetizable influencer products that grow revenue and earning opportunities for creatorsBasic Qualifications- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software- Experience creating effective marketing collateral to showcase value proposition of a program- Experience scaling a program through one-to-many mechanismsPreferred Qualifications- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets- Experience in event production and executionAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
