We are proud of our 80-year history of success, but its our future that has us so excited!We have an excellent opportunity available for a General Manager. The successful candidate will manage day to day operations in our multi-million dollar location.Responsibilities:Develop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the branch.Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques.Work as a liaison with various Home Office representatives..Coach and mentor team of service professionals to provide quality in-home service.Create goals and objectives for management team to assume added responsibility.Total P&L responsibility.Requirements:
Energetic leader to be a mentor with a strong team orientationExcellent organizational, administrative, and communication skillsProven track record of increasing sales through creative and innovative sales techniquesThree to five years General Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, and other related fields is desiredA minimum Associates Degree in business or related field is strongly preferred.
