Champion the Crumbl Cookies brand to guarantee that special Crumbl Cookies experience for each of our guests.Learn everything as a baker, becoming skilled in the baking process and working as part of a team, supporting each other and having fun while making customers happy (You won't just manage, you will bake and support bakers!).Develop scheduling skills that allow us to plan seamless schedules that employees feel good about.Become an inventory, ordering and logistics extraordinaire. Locally sourcing ingredients as necessary.Be responsible for store cash management and bank deposits.Meet targets for labor, food cost and store performance metrics.Hire, train and motivate staff so we have the most efficient Crew possible.Identify new opportunities for catering and large events.Oversee day-to-day baking operations and prep plans.Hold Crew accountable to store policies, address issues and conflicts to maintain a positive, upbeat work cultureRole Requirements:

2 of experience managing others required (Experience Managing a Bakery or Restaurant Preferred)21 years or older (required) Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution skillsHighly organizedStrong work ethicMeticulous attention to detailTechnology literateTime and project management skillsThe General Manager will be the point person for Crew questions or issues when not at the store and fill in gaps in the schedule as needed.Management Pay and Benefits:

Company InformationIt all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
